Dr. Francesca Sparks, a retired educator & over thirty-year veteran who found her passion in Special Education. As an Adjunct Professor, she maximizes her experience by supervising the next generation of teachers. Within the community, Dr. Sparks has dedicated to assisting the community with advocacy services, facilitating educational programs throughout the community.
